Tom Cruise looks to capture some box office gold with MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE: ROGUE NATION from Paramount this weekend. Advance tracking for this title has been strong as have been the reviews, and if it is anything like previous entry in the franchise – GHOST PROTOCOL – this is one series that still has plenty of life left in it.

Also opening in wide release this week (it opened Wednesday) is the Warner Bros. sequel/reboot VACATION which sees Ed Helms as an older, married Rusty taking his Griswold family to Walley World.

There are also plenty of films opening at the specialty box office this weekend with A LEGO BRICKUMENTARY, JENNY’S WEDDING and the END OF THE TOUR being among them.

Here’s the full rundown.
